I am 16 and i am so depressed because of my fuckingg hair problem.Pls do help me?

I am 16 years old and having major HAIR PROBLEMS.
one and a half or 2 years back i had decent hair.not that great but i was okay with it.once i realised there was lice in my head and i used all kinds of medicines on my hair o solve that problem.i went to a water park one day and had a dip and the next day i found i had no lice left on my head. I used to have hair fall but not that much.Then after few weeks i colored my hair. a few days later there was excess hair fall.i went to the doctor he priscribed biotin tablets.i took it and hair fall stopped.but now i am left with very little hair.i feel really disgusting.on top of my head there is very very little hair.i am tired of the jokes my friends crack about my hair.pls help me.
1.is this permanent baldness?
2.is there a solution?
3.will my hair grow back?
I dont want to go for hair weaving because i heard its not permanent u need to go every six months to fix it.
Also 2 days back i took hair loss treatment and he used this with the comb electrode.

he used it for several minutes on the scalp he was rubbing it so i wanted to ask if this high frequency will cause permanent damage.
last question is there a way to find out if my hair thinning is permanent or whether my hair follicles are dead.
