Any cure for genetic hair loss?

i having hair loss problem from last year n now i getting less n less hair.
i try2 find out the problem i think my causes of my hair loss is due 2 genetic hair loss.
I try 2 find solution at internet i found out that genetic hair loss is pass down frm grandfather(mother father). My grandfather have baldness and so does some of my uncle.

I currenty still a teenagers and i cant really support many medic treatment.
