I use hair sprays , gels , waxes and pomades in my hair everymorning .

If a doctor were to prescribe a topical cream , or ointment . Would the products I use in my hair , interfere with the treatment ?

This happened the first time during my pregnancy, the doctors said it was due to hormones however 9 years on it still happens. Does anyone know why and if there is any treatment available to either stop it from happening or encourage regrowth when it does.
