My 14 year old daughter has lost 30-35% of her hair over past 4-6 months. Today, the only advice her doctor gave us was for her to stop Head and Shoulders and see if that helps. Has anyone found that discontinuing a hair product stopped hair loss?

I need a shampoo that works in both hair loss and dadruff. I can’t use two shampoos at once. I tried it and my hair breakage increased. Currently I am using Head & Shoulders. Can you please suggest one?

Also Does Dove help to volumize hair? If so which one (please tell me by its colour)? Should I use it ?

Oh! I forgot to mention, will my hair ever grow back? It’s becoming very thin, and it was very thick before.
I have very oily hair, if I don’t wash it for just a day or two, it becomes extremely oily. I also have dandruff, not an extreme amount, but enough to bother me and make me. Not only that, I also always had a problem where I felt like my hair was full of dirt or something, that’s not the case, but it felt that way since it was oily and had dandruff.

Therefore I started using Head & Shoulders. But that made me lose a lot of hair so I stopped.

But the problem still continued, so I started using the Garnier shampoo instead. I used shampoo every single day to keep the oiliness and dandruff under a little control, but I’m starting to see that my hair falls an insane amount every single day, throughout the whole day.

What do I do to take care of all of these problems?
Also, how can I keep my hair healthy? Like, what do I have to eat, use, do, things like that.

Hello,I think i may have seborrheic dermatits. My scalp has ben itching badly for a while now, even when i showered it would still itch, often with red patches, i beleive i’ve scratched so much ive started to make my hair thin =(, i started using Head& shoulders Intensive treatment, and it looks like its working, I was wondering,if this type of dermatitis can lead too hair loss? or not?
