I am a 22 year old woman…Recently I am suffering from heavy hair loss due to increased dandruff..I am exercising 5 days a week and so perspire a lot which has increased dandruff too…
Last week I started putting a mixture of Castor oil, Almond oil, Olive oil and Coconut oil on my head and then wash it off with Anti Dandruff shampoo from Body Shop for reducing hair fall..
I also put a mixture of curd and lemon for dandruff for half an hour once a week and then wash it off with Anti Dandruff shampoo

I have 3 questions….
1) Is the above treatment best for me?
2) How often can I wash my hair a week..Is four times a week fine
3) Can I use the same Anti Dandruff shampoo all the time or have to change the shampoo every week or so..
Please help

I read in a book if you vigorously scratch your scalp with the back of your hands facing each other and your nails rubbing like opposing rows that it can help increase circulation to your roots. Does this seem stupid or a good idea? Paired with olive oil hot oil treatment and some niceeee scalp massages haha? (and of course green tea to ward off DHT!)

I just recently had a child and at the beginning of my pregnancy (didn’t know I was pregnant) I put in a relaxer (Olive Oil) and my hair fell out. Once I knew I was pregnant I would straighten my hair with a hot comb when my hair started to grow back. I have since given birth and tried gentle treatment relaxer and it seemed ok (hair didn’t fall out but hair wasn’t really straight) but when I needed another touch up I could not find gentle treatment so I had a friend put in Elasta QP sensitive. She roller set it so it seemed fine but when I went to wash it I had some hair loss.I tried gentle treatment again and my hair is still falling out. I have very nappy hair that usually grows fast so I need a relaxer every month or I wont be able to comb it. My hair has ended up tangled and knotted a lot therefore I am losing my hair. Will I have to use a hot comb the rest of my life?

I’m having a hair loss since January this year. Center of my head there is 2inch diameter bald which growing for 1inch long now after went for injection treatment at the clinic. but three weeks a go i found a small bald near my forehead again. the bald getting bigger and now its 1cm diameter. i went to the previos clinic and they suggested to buy olive oil from the pharmacy. So i’ve been using the olive oil by masagging ii on my scalp for almost two weeks. no result yet. but i’m scared if this problem will happen again. what shoul i do?will the olive oil works?
