Do they even have those because I don’t know anything about Aromatherapy?

I just recently moved from Phoenix, Arizona(hot) to Wisconsin(cold) and my hair started to fall out like crazy. I don’t even have a clue why.

My hair is pretty damaged because I’ve dyed pretty much all of my life, but i hadn’t for a while before I got here in December. And I straighten it all the time because there’s nothing else I can do to my hair. And I have to blow dry it because I have to shower in the mornings.

Idk. I just don’t want my hair to fall out anymore, and possible grow longer since it doesn’t like to do that.

So any ideas?
Know of any Aromatherapy shampoos or something else that will work?

Please help(:
I’m only 14. I can’t lose my hair. Lol.
