Is it normal to run my fingers through my hair and get a strand or two every time? I notice it a LOT when I wash my hair. I’m so panicked that I have hair loss! I’ve also been dying my hair – would that, combined with the stress combined with the weight loss cause my hair to fall out more excessively? It’s still growing – I can see where it’s been growing out. Any help would be awesome!

Hello people
im having a problem with my hair. My hair has always been thin but i had a lot more of it in the past. Now its very thin and when i take my hair out it has noticiable gaps. it used to be waist lenght and fuller and now its about 5cm above bra stap, and i havent had a major cut! i had a probelm with my diet earlier this year and i lost too much wieght. i noticed my hair fell out and so i wanted to get healthy again. So now im back to eating normal (i think). My hair is still not in tip top shape.
ive tried treatments and now im taking multivitamins and biotin( ive ben taking it for about 2 months now) but it doesnt feel like its goin very well. i heard biotin does wonders but maybe i need to wait a bit longer to see .
i know it takes patience for hair to grow where you want it ( my hair grows quite fast) i just want it to look the way it used to!
does anyone hav any suggestions?
